Minister for Health and Medical Education, ARI and Trainings Choudhary Lal Singh today inaugurated Aap ka Dawa Bazar medical store, Akhnoor road.After inauguration, the Minister congratulated the owner and said that the medical store will not only cater to the requirements of Pharmaceutical, Ayurveda and FMCG patients  but  also provide specialized services in the field of orthopedic and trauma surgeries, cardiology and nephrology.Choudhary Lal Singh informed the gathering that Government is committed to provide all upgraded healthcare facilities to the people in every nook and corner of the state. He further informed that all the health institutions in the state are being equipped with latest equipments so that  best possible facilities would be provided to the people.

With a view to ease crowd in main hospitals of twin cities of the state, government has already approved opening of five new government Medical Colleges at par with existing Government Medical Colleges in Kashmir and Jammu.Chairman and Managing Director of Sanyog Group,  Shiv Kumar Goel informed the Minister that Aap ka dawa bazaar will support patients through discounts ranging from 15% to 40 %.Later, the Minister also attended a function at Acharya Sri Chander Polytechnic Institute, Ghoumanshan on the eve of 521 birthday celebration of Acharya Sri Chander Bhagwan.Paying rich tributes to Acharaya ji, Choudhary Lal Singh urged upon the people to follow the preaching of this great legendry. On the occasion, students and renowned artists of Jammu presented a colourful cultural programme based on the life of Acharaya Sri Chander Bhagwan ji.
