Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party presented his latest book, ‘Unbelievable-Delhi to Islamabad’ to S. Prakash Singh Badal, Chief Minister of Punjab during his meeting with the Chief Minister in New Delhi. Prof.Bhim Singh also congratulated Shri Badal for his efforts to eradicate drug culture in Punjab and mobilize the youth against militancy, violence by involving the new generations in developmental works.Badal appreciated Prof.Bhim Singh initiative to provide free legal aid to the youth in difficult days and expressed hope that his services shall be useful to strengthen and promote emotional integration between the people of J&K and rest of the country. Prof.Bhim Singh expressed hope that the initiative taken by Punjab with a new coalition to run Punjab government may prove to be more useful and fruitful for the development of Punjab.

He said that coalition experiment between PDP led by Mufti Mohd. Sayeed in J&K and BJP has proved a disaster for both the regions, Kashmir and Jammu for several reasons. He said the J&K coalition was for power and money with no mission for the good of the people and that’s why it failed. He also felt that Punjab experiment cannot be compared with the experiment in J&K for two parties in J&K have been working in different directions and political interests poles apart from each other. In Punjab the coalition experiment has strengthened national integration whereas in J&K it has worked for the promotion of disintegration thus weakening the bonds of secularism and nationalism.A Panthers Party delegation from Bihar led by Shri Yogendra Singh Gambhir met Prof.Bhim Singh and invited him to a state convention of Bihar Pradesh National Panthers Party in Patna next week. Bihar Pradesh National Panthers Party also sought approval of the national leadership for contesting forthcoming Assembly election in Bihar.
