National Secular Forum activists in large number paid their rich tributes to the student martyrs at Shaheedi Sthal, GGM Science College and raised slogans in favour of martyr students included ‘Amar Rahe- Amar Rahe, Hamare Shaheed Amar Rahe.’ Bharat Mata ki jai-Vande- Matram.’They paid floral tributes to the student martyrs, who lost their lives in police firing during an agitation in 1966. They also mourned for a minute in their memory on the occasion.The activist of NSF paid floral tribute to the martyrs’ in the presence of Dr Vikas Sharma as Chief Guest and Sukhdev Singh President NSF.

Dr Vikas Sharma said that these martyrs will always remain in our hearts as a biggest source of encouragement and these martyrs raising their voice against the discrimination with Jammu region and laid their lives for the sake of Jammu peopleSukhdev Singh President NSF and other took oath that they will not let everyone to categorize with Jammu region and if some one dares to do that they would be geared up to scarifies their lives and will continue to follow the path made by these martyrs. He also praised the gallantry of martyrs who died for the right of students. He added in his address that we should gain knowledge of a lot from them.Rishikesh Raina District President NSF, urged the student community to remain vigilant and be ready for sacrifices for the nationalistic cause to end the sufferings of student community of Jammu pision.Among those who were present in the occasion Ravi Choudhary, Jagmohan, Hari Kumar, Nawab, and others.
