BJP kickstarts digitalization of workers data

Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) kickstarted the digitalization of data of party workers in Kashmir, on Thursday.The purpose of the workshop was to streamline the information including names of party members and segregate the same district wise to keep proper record of party workers in all the districts.While addressing that party workers, Jai Dev Rajwal, Party’s state IT head said:“The information of our workers will remain available online and that too pincode wise, so that actual information will remain available with everyone”.“It will help the party to identify the areas, where membership drive recorded slow response and to strengthen the foothold, BJP will encourage new members in its fold,” he said.

Chander Prakesh Ganga, Minister of Commerce and Industries while disciminating the information to the party workers and leaders said that the initiative of digitization of party workers data was taken after BJP became the world’s largest political party. “We have bypassed the China’s political party and to give it a proper shape, and to keep all the records available online, we took this initiative,” Ganga said.He also said BJP has more than three lakh thirty thousand members in Kashmir and in coming months it would cross five lakh plus mark in the state.Other present on the occasion were MLC and state vice president, advocate Ramesh Arora, State General Secretary (Org) Ashok Koul, G Q Wani, State vice-president and other senior party workers.
