INLD MP and party candidate from Uchana assembly segment, Dushyant Chautala today accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of misusing CBI in order to send INLD Supremo Om Prakash Chautala in the jail. Addressing election rallies in the constituency, the INLD MP said that on the pattern of 10 year rule of the Congress led UPA at the Centre, now the BJP government is also using CBI as a tool to politically victimize its opponent and the CBI’s unprecedented and motivated stand against the bail of INLD Supremo is one just example of Modi government misusing CBI. “This is the same BJP that has earlier termed CBI as the Congress Bureau of Investigations because of the political misuse of the central agency. But I ask the BJP what they have to say now as they were also doing the same.What new definition now they would give for the CBI… Actually, the BJP leadership got baffled the way huge crowd was witnessed in the rallies addressed by INLD chief and resultantly, Modi hatched the conspiracy to again send Chautala saab in the jail sensing that INLD is set to form the government in Haryana,” alleged Dushyant.
The INLD leader also claimed that by showing the frustration of sending INLD chief in the jails, the BJP has morally accepted its defeat and the people of the state have also got to know about the real face of the saffron party who is set to face the defeat in the Haryana polls. “The real motive behind misusing CBI against INLD is the less crowd attending the rallies addressed by Prime Minister Modi as it was witnessed in Rohtak and Jind rallies. The state leadership felt tremors of defeat when Chautala saab decided to meet their beloved people of Haryana and managed to get their support for the INLD for the polls. But BJP knows the real meaning of this and decided to send ailing senior leader of the INLD to jails,” said Dushyant.
The MP also stated that INLD supremo was canvassing for the polls keeping in mind the respect for the court verdict in which earlier the court has asked to surrender on October 17. “But the CBI under pressure from Modi, again and again filed petitions in the court and managed success in sending INLD Supremo in jails. But people of Haryana knows all this and would definitely take revenge from BJP for committing the sin of sending Chautala saab in jails. The INLD also accept this challenge and dared the BJP to save their skin in the polls as their conspiracy against INLD leaders have been exposed badly,”said Dushyant. Moreover, the INLD Supremo was not committing any crime if he was canvassing for the polls, said the INLD MP, adding that the INLD supremo is a former chief minister and he was having every right to meeting the people of his state. “BJP must disclose it the people that if they are so confidant for their win, why they misused CBI against us. Was Haryana heading towards any emergency with INLD Supremo meeting the public..? Or the reality is that INLD Supremo managed to convince the public that they are going to vote for INLD and the party is set to form the government in Haryana,” questioned Dushyant.
