MLA from the Amritsar East Assembly Constituency, Mrs. Jeevanjot Kaur, today inaugurated the newly constructed 11 KV Gokal Ka Bagh Feeder, created by bifurcating the existing 11 KV East Mohan Nagar Feeder at the 132 KV GT Road Sub-Station, Amritsar. Speaking on the occasion, she said that the Punjab Government is continuously strengthening the state's power infrastructure to provide uninterrupted, reliable and quality electricity services to the people.
Mrs. Jeevanjot Kaur said that the commissioning of the new feeder will significantly improve the quality and reliability of power supply in East Mohan Nagar, Gokal Ka Bagh, Sudarshan Nagar, 100 Feet Road and the surrounding areas. The project will reduce the load on the existing feeder, minimise power supply interruptions and ensure a more efficient and reliable electricity supply for both industrial consumers and domestic users.
She further said that under the leadership of Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab Government is making continuous investments to strengthen the power distribution infrastructure across the state so that industries receive uninterrupted electricity and consumers enjoy improved power services. She added that such developmental initiatives will not only promote industrial growth in the area but also provide substantial benefits to the general public.
On the occasion, Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) officials, including Deputy Chief Engineer, City Circle Amritsar, Er. Ajit Pal Singh Multani; XEN, Industrial Division, Amritsar, Er. H.S. Sekhon; Sub-Divisional Officer, Sultanwind, Er. Rajwant Singh, along with local industrialists and other dignitaries, were also present.
