Karamjit Singh Rintu, Chairman of the Improvement Trust Amritsar and Aam Aadmi Party in-charge for the North Assembly Constituency, inaugurated the installation of a new tubewell and renovation of the park at Anand Avenue Market. Karamjit Singh Rintu said that the commissioning of a new tubewell at Anand Avenue Market will provide clean water to the residents and shopkeepers of the area.

He stated that the North Assembly Constituency is committed to the all-round development of the area.Chairman Rintu stated that the renovation of the park at Anand Avenue was done with the health and well-being of the residents in mind. He stated that his endeavor is to ensure that development reaches every ward and every street in the constituency.

He stated that development works are being initiated daily by reaching out to the people and responding to their demands.  He stated that there is no shortage of funds for development projects. He added that Anand Avenue Market will be provided with all modern amenities.

The market's sewerage system will be completely repaired, and footpaths and interlocking tile floors will be laid. A modern fountain and improved lighting will also be installed.Karamjit Singh Rintu stated that all amenities are being provided to the residents of all colonies and markets in the North Assembly constituency.

He added that work is also underway to construct premix roads. He added that a health insurance scheme of ₹10 lakh has been implemented for the people of Punjab under the Chief Minister's Health Scheme, and people are benefiting from it.

Karamjit Singh Rintu stated that the Aam Aadmi Party government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, has not only fulfilled its promises to the people but has also won their hearts by achieving historic achievements.  

He said the Punjab government has fulfilled its last guarantee through the Maa-Beti Satkar Yojana, which will provide crucial financial assistance to women and strengthen their position in society. Present on the occasion were Pranav Dhawan, Sunil Butani, Radhe Mehra, Sunil Jain, Deep Decor, market association officials, and prominent people from the area.
