Raymond, one of India's most iconic brands, has appointed Shalini Singh as Head of Corporate Communications, entrusting her with the group's corporate reputation mandate. The appointment comes at a defining moment for Raymond, as the group accelerates its transformation into a diversified conglomerate with independently listed entities across Lifestyle, Real Estate, and Engineering.

In her new role, Shalini will steward the group's reputation agenda end-to-end spanning external and internal communications, strategic communications, social media strategy, crisis management, and financial communications. She joins Raymond after a two-year stint as an Independent Strategic Communications, Reputation, and Sustainability Advisor. Prior to that, she was Group Head - Brand & Communications at RPG Group, where she shaped communication strategy across multiple listed entities.

Her earlier leadership roles include Head - Corporate Communications & Sustainability at Holcim India (ACC & Ambuja Cements), and over sixteen years at Tata Power & Renewables as Chief - Corporate Communications, CSR & Sustainability. Her career spans across pivotal roles at Accenture, Bharti Airtel, and The Arvind Mills.

Shalini holds a Master's degree in Communications & Extension from M.S. University, Baroda, where she graduated as a Gold Medalist. She has completed Executive Education programs at IIM Ahmedabad and ISB Hyderabad, and is a Certified Independent Director registered with the IICA.
