Haryana Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi's visit to Jind on July 17 will mark the beginning of a new chapter of development in the state. On this occasion, the Prime Minister will flag off the country's first hydrogen-powered train, which will run between Jind and Sonipat.

The Chief Minister made these remarks while addressing a press conference at the PWD Rest House in Jind on Wednesday. Addressing the media, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that July 17 will be a historic and proud day for Haryana.

Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi will flag off the hydrogen-powered train connecting Jind and Sonipat. He further said that, in addition, the Prime Minister will dedicate several other development projects worth hundreds of crores of rupees to Haryana, which will greatly benefit the people of the state.

The Chief Minister said that, in line with the Prime Minister's message of reducing dependence on petrol and diesel, the Jind rally will be completely eco-friendly. Most people attending the rally will use electric vehicles, while CNG-powered vehicles, including e-rickshaws, will also be used for transportation to the venue.
