Chairman of the Punjab Small Industries and Export Corporation, Dalvir Singh Dhillon, held a direct interaction with residents of village Ghanauri Kalan during the 'Lok Milni' programme, where he listened to their grievances, suggestions and development-related demands. After patiently hearing the issues raised by the villagers, he instructed the concerned officials to take prompt and effective action for their early resolution.
Addressing the gathering, Dalvir Singh Dhillon said that under the leadership of Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab Government is committed to ensuring transparent, responsive and people-centric governance. He said that initiatives such as 'Lok Milni' have strengthened direct communication between the government and the public, enabling citizens' concerns to be addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
He assured the residents that every genuine demand pertaining to development and public welfare would receive due priority and that no effort would be spared to accelerate the overall development of the Dhuri Assembly constituency. He reiterated that the government remains dedicated to delivering efficient public services and ensuring that the benefits of welfare schemes reach every eligible citizen.
Among those present on the occasion were Zila Parishad Member Harjinder Singh Kanjhla, Councillor Pushpinder Sharma, Sarpanch Amritpal Singh of Ghanauri Kalan, Jugg Ghanaur, Aman Khan of Ghanauri Kalan, Ramandeep Kaur, Vice Chairperson, Block Samiti Sherpur, besides other prominent villagers and a large gathering of local residents.
