Fresh questions have emerged over the contents of ‘chanda-chori' (theft of offerings) at the Ayodhya Shri Ram Mandir after reports that a one-kilogram gold Ram Charit Manas, donated by a former Home Secretary, has also gone missing. Expressing concern on this, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal declared it as another "mahapaap" (grave sin) and shared that the "Chanda-Chors" had struck again.

Meanwhile, Party's Delhi State President Saurabh Bharadwaj turned to RSS, questioning whether Hindus had been discredited by those who committed the ‘chanda-chori,’ those who sought to protect the accused, or those who brought the theft to light and demanded action. AAP National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal took to 'X' and stated, "Even the one-kilogram gold Ram Charit Manas, offered with deep devotion by a former Home Secretary, is also missing. ‘Chanda-Chors' have committed yet another ‘mahapaap.’"

Meanwhile, AAP Delhi State President Saurabh Bharadwaj raised a series of questions for the RSS over the ‘chanda-chori' at the Ram Mandir. He asked, "The RSS should tell the country who has acted against Hindus and who has brought disrepute to them. Was it those who committed’chanda-chori’ in mandir?

Was it those who tried to protect the ‘chanda-chors’? Or was it those who first exposed the ‘chanda-chori' and forced the government to acknowledge the matter and take action?" Drawing a comparison, the AAP Delhi Chief asserted, "It is exactly like branding those who speak out against rapists as enemies of women simply because they expose rape, while refusing to call the actual rapists enemies of women.

This is deeply shameful and clearly shows that the RSS is deeply disturbed from within.”
