MLA from Baba Bakala Sahib Assembly Constituency, S. Dalbir Singh Tong, said that under the leadership of Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Aam Aadmi Party Government has not only fulfilled the promises made to the people but has gone beyond them by delivering historic initiatives that have won the hearts of the public.
He said that with the launch of the Maavan-Dhiyan Satkar Scheme, the government has fulfilled its final guarantee, providing significant financial support to women and further strengthening their position in society.A large number of women from the Baba Bakala Sahib Assembly constituency gathered at Rayya today under the leadership of MLA Dalbir Singh Tong to witness the live telecast of the launch of the Chief Minister's Maavan-Dhiyan Satkar Scheme. The women expressed great enthusiasm about the implementation of the scheme.
MLA Dalbir Singh Tong said that women have been continuously receiving confirmation messages regarding the transfer of financial assistance into their bank accounts, and the smiles on their faces reflect the success of the Mann Government.
He added that a large number of women in the Baba Bakala Sahib Assembly constituency had registered under the Maavan-Dhiyan Satkar Scheme. According to him, this overwhelming response is a reflection of the people's trust in the government and its transparent policies, which have encouraged beneficiaries from every section of society to avail themselves of the scheme.
The MLA further stated that the Aam Aadmi Party Government has always given top priority to the welfare of the people and has fulfilled its commitments even ahead of schedule. He added that the government has also promised to provide an honorarium to village Sarpanches from Independence Day, a step that will further strengthen grassroots democracy in Punjab.
