Deputy Commissioner Ms. Komal Mittal, IAS, has conveyed her heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Navjot Khosa, IAS, Director, Directorate of Census Operations, Punjab, for the continuous support, valuable guidance and unwavering encouragement extended throughout the Phase-I Field Exercise of the Census.
She stated that the proactive involvement and timely guidance of the Directorate team greatly facilitated the successful completion of the exercise and contributed significantly to the overall success of this important national endeavour.
The Deputy Commissioner also felicitated and appreciated all Charge Officers and their teams for their dedicated efforts in successfully conducting and completing the Phase-I Field Exercise of the Census across the district.
She said that the field exercise undertaken by Enumerators and Supervisors was completed successfully owing to the collective efforts, close coordination and commitment demonstrated by all officers and officials associated with the Census operations.
She particularly commended the Charge Officers for their effective leadership and continuous monitoring, which played a vital role in ensuring the timely completion of the exercise. Ms. Mittal remarked that the dedication, professionalism and sense of responsibility displayed by all stakeholders reflect their strong commitment towards public service and have contributed meaningfully to the Census process, one of the largest administrative exercises undertaken in the country.
Expressing confidence in the capabilities of the district administration, the Deputy Commissioner said that the same spirit of teamwork, dedication and coordination would continue in the forthcoming phases of the Census operations.
She extended her heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to all Charge Officers, Supervisors, Enumerators and supporting staff for their commendable contribution towards the successful completion of the Phase-I Field Exercise of the Census in SAS Nagar.
