Chairman Dalvir Singh Dhillon of the Punjab Small Industries and Export Corporation carried out an intensive door-to-door campaign in Ward No. 17 of Dhuri today, seeking support for Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate Billa Singh. He interacted with residents across the ward and appealed to them to vote in favour of the party.
Highlighting the party’s performance, Dhillon said that AAP has earned the trust of the people through its development-oriented governance. He noted that the visible transformation in Dhuri over the past few years has strengthened public confidence and is driving support for the party at the grassroots level.
Expressing confidence in the electorate, Dhillon said that voters in Ward No. 17 are set to elect Billa Singh with a decisive mandate and send him to the Municipal Council. “People are voting on the basis of development, and AAP will secure a strong mandate,” he added.
He emphasized that electing a committed and capable representative will help accelerate development works in the ward and across the city. Citing the enthusiastic response during the campaign, he said the public mood is clearly in favour of AAP.
Concluding his outreach, Dhillon urged residents to come out in large numbers on May 26, cast their votes for the “broom” symbol, and contribute to sustaining the momentum of development in Dhuri.
