A highly inspiring and interactive session titled “Lead Like a Legend: Lessons from History’s Greatest Minds” was organised at the auditorium of RBU for the Students of Rayat Bahra International School. The event aimed to motivate students with leadership lessons drawn from history’s greatest personalities and to equip them with practical values for personal and professional growth.
The programme began with the welcome of Vice President Jessika Duggal Bahra and the resource person, Sanjeev Kumar Singh. Director Principal Dr. Abhilasha Singh felicitated the guests with planters as a token of respect and appreciation. Sanjeev K Singh, Group CHRO conducted the session.
Addressing the students, Singh shared inspiring examples from renowned historical leaders and highlighted the importance of vision, resilience, integrity, empathy, and ethical leadership. Drawing from his corporate experiences, he explained how historical wisdom can guide young minds in dealing with modern leadership and workplace challenges.
The session also featured an engaging question-answer round where students actively participated and discussed leadership skills, career growth, workplace culture, and handling failures. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Abhilasha Singh, who appreciated the valuable insights shared during the session.
