Reinforcing the Punjab Government’s commitment to grassroots engagement and responsive governance under the leadership of Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann, OSD Sukhvir Singh continued his outreach by visiting Ward No. 11 of Dhuri city. During the visit, he interacted with local residents, listened to their concerns, and reviewed the status of ongoing development works in the area.

Taking prompt cognizance of the issues raised by the residents, OSD Sukhvir Singh directed the concerned officials to ensure swift resolution and assured that public grievances would be addressed on priority, with no room for inconvenience to the people. He highlighted that the Punjab Government is undertaking extensive development initiatives to transform Dhuri into a modern and well-equipped city. 

Key focus areas include upgradation of roads, strengthening of the drainage system, beautification of parks, and improvement of essential civic amenities. Emphasizing accountability and delivery, he stated that the government is committed not just to announcements, but to the timely execution of projects and tangible outcomes for citizens.

Underscoring the people-centric governance model envisioned by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, OSD Sukhvir Singh noted that continuous field visits and direct public interaction are central to understanding ground realities and ensuring effective implementation of development policies.

Prominent dignitaries present on the occasion included Chairman of Punjab Small Industries and Export Corporation Dalvir Singh Dhillon, Chairman of Market Committee Dhuri Rajwant Singh Ghuli, Zila Parishad Member Harjinder Singh Kanjhla, along with Pushpinder Sharma, Baldev Singh, Gurnit Kaur, Block President Sukhpal Singh Pala, Advocate Happy Garg, Jaswinder Singh, Neeraj Sharma, and a large number of residents of Ward No. 11, who appreciated the initiative and active engagement of the OSD.
