Chairman of the Improvement Trust Amritsar and Aam Aadmi Party In-charge for the North Assembly Constituency, Karamjit Singh Rintu, inaugurated the sewerage and road development project in the Palam Garden area today. The initiative was launched in response to the long-pending grievances of local residents regarding damaged roads and inadequate sewerage facilities.
Speaking on the occasion, Karamjit Singh Rintu stated that the new project would provide major relief to residents who had been facing persistent infrastructure-related issues. The residents expressed their gratitude to him for resolving their concerns and expediting developmental works in the locality.
Karamjit Singh Rintu emphasized that development projects are progressing rapidly across all wards and panchayats of the North Assembly Constituency. He added that road renovation and sewerage improvement works are being carried out on a priority basis and that development activities will continue over the next month.
He further informed that, during the past three months, he has been visiting every ward and panchayat to personally review civic issues and ensure time-bound solutions. Highlighting the Punjab Government’s commitment, he said that public-welfare policies are being effectively implemented to ensure citizens receive all essential amenities without delay.
Karamjit Singh Rintu also stated that the Amritsar Improvement Trust is actively approving and executing all major development projects to ensure their timely completion and direct benefit to the public. He reaffirmed that the Trust remains dedicated to accelerating Amritsar’s all-round development and leaving no stone unturned in improving city infrastructure.
