Karamjit Singh Rintu, Chairman of the Improvement Trust Amritsar and in-charge of the Aam Aadmi Party for the North Assembly constituency, said that promises made to the people to repair broken roads are being fulfilled. Karamjit Singh Rintu inaugurated the construction of the 88-feet main road.
He said that development work will continue in the North Assembly constituency. He said that all broken roads in the North Assembly constituency will be repaired within the next two months. He said that approval for the road construction work has already been obtained from the Municipal Corporation, the Improvement Trust, and the Public Works Department.
Karamjit Singh Rintu said that the Aam Aadmi Party government is providing all kinds of facilities to the people. He said that the Punjab government has taken a major decision by ensuring free treatment up to ₹10 lakh to every family in Punjab. This announcement by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann is a step towards advancing Punjab in the health sector.
He said that the Punjab government has initiated the process to implement this scheme. Senior Deputy Mayor Priyanka Sharma, Ritesh Sharma, Gulzar Singh Bittu, Aneek Singh, Vishakha Singh, Balwinder Kala, Sahil Sagar, Ajay Gill, Bobby Sarin, Kuldeep Laddu, and a large number of area residents were present on the occasion.
