Rayat Bahra Dental College & Hospital (RBDCH) and NSS club of Rayat Bahra University in collaboration with Rotary Club, Chandigarh, organised a blood donation camp. The camp witnessed enthusiastic participation of around 80 plus donors, including students, faculty and staff from Rayat Bahra University and RBDCH.
Their collective contribution made the event a remarkable success and highlighted the spirit of compassion and service to humanity.The camp organised under patronage of Gurvinder Singh Bahra, Chairman, Rayat Bahra Group of Institutions (RBGI), was inaugurated by Prof. (Dr.) Sanjay Kumar, Group Vice-Chancellor, Rayat Bahra group .
He visited the camp area, appreciated the organisers, thanked the donors and motivated the team of doctors. On this occasion, he honoured the Camp Head Doctor from the Rotary Club Blood Bank team for the medical expertise and success of the camp.
Dr. Akshey Kumar Sharma (Principal, RBDCH), and Dr. Neena Mehta (Dean Academics, RBDCH), said the RBDCH has consistently demonstrated its commitment to social responsibility through well-organised impactful events. The camp emphasised the importance of voluntary blood donation in saving lives.
