In a vibrant display of patriotism and unity, the District Administration Ramban, under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Alyas Khan, intensified the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign by organizing a series of patriotic activities throughout the district today.
As part of the campaign, a series of events were also organized at the Block, Tehsil and Sub-Division level, focusing on Swachhata Abhiyan (Cleanliness Drive), water conservation, sanitation and hygiene. These activities witnessed enthusiastic participation from the public, along with active involvement of staff from various government departments.
Educational institutions including schools, colleges and various other institutions enthusiastically took part by hosting wall painting initiatives, painting competitions, cultural programs and collective pledge-taking ceremonies.
These activities aim to foster national pride and awareness about the importance of displaying the Tiranga the National Flag on every household and public establishment as part of the campaign’s vision.
Deputy Commissioner personally participated in events at Government Higher Secondary School Ramban, High School Chanderkote, and Government Polytechnic Chanderkote. Addressing students and faculty, he lauded their energy and encouraged their continued participation in such patriotic endeavors.
Emphasizing the unifying spirit of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign, he inspired students and citizens to widen the campaign’s reach by motivating friends, families and neighbors to proudly hoist the National Flag atop their homes and within markets.
During his interaction with participants, the Deputy Commissioner stressed the importance of collective celebration of India’s heritage, encouraging the public to actively contribute towards making the Har Ghar Tiranga initiative a widespread success across Ramban district.
The Deputy Commissioner was accompanied by Chief Education Officer Mukthar Ahmed, Principal GPC Vivek Mahajan, Principal GMHSS Ramban Kewal Krishan Sharma and several other distinguished officers.
