To express solidarity and respect with the people who lost their lives in a deadly attack in Pahalgam yesterday, a two minute silence was observed in all government offices across district Kupwara today.

The main ceremony was held at D.C Office Kupwara in which Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Ayushi Sudan, ACR, besides, a large number of officers and employees were present to show solidarity with the departed souls and bereaved families of the Pahalgam terror incident.

Similar programmes were held at sub division Handwara, Karnah and Sogam, besides at all tehsil and block level offices in the district.
