MLA from Central Assembly constituency Dr Ajay Gupta today inaugurated the commissioning of new 300 kilowatt electricity transformers at Dhaba Tilli Palla and 500 kilowatt electricity transformers at Kathia Wala Bazaar. MLA Gupta said that people will not be allowed to face any kind of electricity problem in the scorching heat.
He said that Honorable Chief Minister Bhagwan Singh Mann is committed to provide uninterrupted 24-hour electricity supply to the people. In this connection, two transformers of more kilowatts of electricity have been started in Wall City of Central Assembly constituency today.
He said that the people of Katra Karam Singh, New Road, Mishri Wala Bazaar, Papada Wala Bazaar, areas around the corridor and other areas will get huge benefits from these two transformers. MLA Gupta said that he was constantly receiving complaints about low and high voltage of electricity in these areas.
On which instructions were already given to the officials of PSPCL to install transformers of more kilowatts. Today two transformers have been inaugurated. He said that two transformers of 500-500 kilowatt electricity are already running in the corridor area around Sachkhand Sri Darbar Sahib. Today a new 500 kilowatt transformer has been started in Bazaar Kathia.
He said that in the coming days two more new electricity transformers are being started in the Central Assembly constituency. In which new transformers will be started soon in Papada Wala Bazaar and Gurbakhsh Nagar. He said that the people of the Central Assembly constituency will not be allowed to face electricity problems in summer.
He said that uninterrupted electricity is being supplied and the electricity bill of most of the people's houses is coming zero. He said that he is committed to providing all the basic facilities to the people.
On this occasion, Councilor Vicky Dutta, Rishi Kapoor, Geeta Kumari, Madam Mamta, Madam Rajni, Baldev Singh, Gogi ji, Aam Aadmi Party volunteers, PSPCL XEN Simarpal Singh, SDO Baljit Singh, JE Raman Kumar, JE Ramandeep and people of the area were present.
