The District Civil and Police Administration Poonch paid heartfelt tributes to the martyr Deputy Superintendent of Police S. Manjit Singh on his 23rd martyrdom anniversary. The solemn commemoration took place at the District Police Office and the Bus Stand in Poonch, the site of his supreme sacrifice.

Senior Superintendent of Police Shafket Hussain; Tehsildar Haveli Azhar Majid; DySP Hqr Neeraj Sharma; DySP DAR Khaliq Hussain and other civil and police officials, along with prominent citizens paid heartfelt tributes to the martyr Deputy Superintendent of Police S. Manjit Singh.

Together, they honored the legacy of a brave officer who made the ultimate sacrifice while protecting the Muharram-Ul-Haram procession on March 14, 2003. In his address, the Deputy Commissioner said, "Today, we remember and honor the valor and dedication of DySP S. Manjit Singh, who laid down his life for the safety and security of our community. His bravery serves as an enduring inspiration for all of us in the administration and police force.
