Rayat Bahra University, in collaboration with the District Bureau of Employment & Enterprises (DBEE), Mohali, organized Career Conference-2025 to guide students toward successful career paths. The conference brought together esteemed experts from various fields who shared invaluable insights with aspiring professionals. 

Eminent guest speakers included Er. Ravijeet Singh, Tarun Kumar Banerjee (International Motivational Speaker), Navneet Grewal (Soft Skills Trainer), and Mrs. Sukhman Bath deputy chief officer, who engaged students with inspiring talks and interactive sessions on career development, industry expectations, and essential professional skills.

Chancellor Gurvinder Singh Bahra was the chief guest. He also addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of skill-based education and industry-oriented learning to ensure career readiness. He highlighted Rayat Bahra University’s continuous efforts to bridge the gap between academia and the job market. 

Ms. Sukhman Bath, Deputy CEO of DBEE, delivered an informative session on the various career opportunities available in both the private and government sectors. She encouraged students to register on the Pgrkam.com to enhance their chances of securing placements with reputed companies.

Er. Ravijeet Singh, CEO, RS Builders, shared his experience as an entrepreneur and motivated students to explore their potential. He showcased impressive examples of his architectural designs and structures, inspiring students to carve their own paths in their chosen careers.

Mr. Tarun Banerjee, a renowned motivational speaker & business consultant, captivated the students by engaging them in interactive activities. He took them through real-life challenges, teaching them how to overcome obstacles and stay resilient in their career journeys.

Ms. Navneet Grewal, Soft Skills Trainer and Personal Development Coach, shared invaluable insights on the importance of personality development and how enhancing soft skills can lead to success in both personal and professional life.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Prof. (Dr.) Simerjit Kaur, Director of IQAC and DSW at Rayat Bahra University. She expressed gratitude to all the esteemed speakers and industry experts for sharing their knowledge, experiences, and success stories, which left a lasting impact on the students.
