The Director General of Information, Public Relations, Language and Culture Department, Sh. K.M. Pandurang directed the officers to effectively communicate the development projects and public welfare schemes of the government to the general public, ensuring maximum publicity. Sh.  Pandurang was chairing a review meeting with senior officials of the department here today.

The Director General said that the Haryana government's goal is to make the state clean and beautiful. In this regard, he instructed all District Information and Public Relations Officers to take special care of cleanliness within their offices and to organize dedicated cleanliness campaigns.

Sh. Pandurang further stated that under the leadership of Haryana Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, the Haryana Government is implementing various welfare policies for the benefit of the public. It is the department's responsibility to ensure that beneficiaries receive accurate information about government schemes. To achieve this, he urged officers to utilize publicity channels effectively, ensuring the widest possible reach of information about these schemes. 

Social media platforms should be maximally utilized for scheme promotion. In addition, the Director General highlighted the importance of proper distribution of departmental publicity material and instructed all district officials to monitor live programs carefully.

He said that developmental activities in Haryana are benefiting even the most marginalized individuals in society. Along with the implementation of various schemes, the government is taking several meaningful initiatives, such as the Samadhan Shivirs. When the issues faced by people attending these shivirs are resolved, it should be highlighted as a success story. 

Furthermore, the public should be made aware of the government schemes dedicated to public service. During the meeting, district officials were also instructed to keep their social media platforms updated. In addition, other departmental activities were also reviewed.

Present at the meeting were Additional Director (Administration) Mrs. Varsha Khangwal, Joint Director Mrs. Anchal Bhaskar, Additional Directors Mrs. Vandana Sharma and Mr. Ranbir Singh Sangwan, Joint Director (Press), Dr. Sahib Ram Godara, and senior officials from the headquarters and districts.
