Deputy Chief Electoral Officer, Bharat Bhushan Bansal has retired today after 36 years of service from the office of CEO. On the occasion of his retirement, Bansal was honored by the Office of CEO and his services were remembered.

Chief Electoral Officer Sibin C and Additional Chief Electoral Officer Harish Nayar wished Bansal all the best for the future and prayed for his good health. Bharat Bhushan Bansal joined as a clerk in 1989 and retired as Deputy CEO, the highest post of departmental promotion.  

During his service, Bansal has conducted 7 assembly elections, 10 Lok Sabha elections, SGPC elections, Presidential elections and bar council elections in addition to many by-elections. On this occasion, Joint CEO Sakkatar Singh Bal,  Election Officer Anju Bala and the staff of the CEO office were present.
