Ankur Narula Ministry Church announced its support for the Aam Aadmi Party in the by-election on Sunday. Jatinder Masiha Gaurav, a representative of the Christian community, declared that the Christian community will support AAP candidate Gurdeep Randhawa in this by-election. Recently, Gurdeep Randhawa had met Ankur Narula to seek his blessings.

On Sunday, a new church was inaugurated in the village of Thetharke in Dera Baba Nanak constituency. AAP candidate Gurdeep Singh Randhawa, Punjab Cabinet Minister Harbhajan Singh ETO, AAP Punjab General Secretary Jagroop Singh Sekhwan, and several other AAP leaders were present at the inauguration ceremony.

During the event, Pastor Ankur Narula of Khhabra Church, Jalandhar, congratulated the Christian community members who had gathered at Dera Baba Nanak through live screens. He also praised Lord Jesus Christ and encouraged the devotees to follow the path shown by Him.

Jatinder Masiha Gaurav stated that the entire Christian community of Dera Baba Nanak is with Gurdeep Singh Randhawa. He added that Randhawa visited the newly built church and offered prayers for his victory. He further mentioned that during a recent meeting with Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, the Chief Minister assured the Christian community and promised that the Punjab government would do a grand celebration of Christmas in Gurdaspur this year.

Aam Aadmi Party senior leader and Cabinet Minister Harbhajan Singh ETO spoke to the media and claimed that AAP will win the election by a large margin. He asserted that Gurdeep Randhawa’s victory in the by-poll is certain. ETO also emphasized that Ankur Narula's support is highly significant for them.

AAP candidate Gurdeep Randhawa thanked Ankur Narula and stated that they are winning the election by a huge margin. He noted that, just like in the 2022 Assembly elections, there is a strong AAP wave in Dera Baba Nanak this time. He said that based on the people’s response, it is clear that AAP will achieve a massive victory in the 2027 elections as well.

AAP Punjab General Secretary Jagroop Singh Sekhwan conveyed a message from Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, announcing that the Punjab government will host a state-level Christmas celebration in Gurdaspur this year in honor of the Christian community. He stated that the Chief Minister sent him to deliver this message on behalf of the government.
