Secretary, J&K Advisory Board for Development of Pahari Speaking People, Sapna Kotwal, today conducted an extensive tour of Anantnag  to review functioning of BoysPahari Hostel.During the tour, the Secretary expressed satisfaction over working of the hostel saying that all such facilities are being regularly monitored to ensure that these vital entities serve the best to the inmates there. 

She further asked the hostel management to do not compromise on quality of services including food and sanitaion being extended to the inmates.She noted that the students were not only intellectually capable but also well-versed in basic education, benefiting from a healthy and conducive environment. She encouraged adoption of innovative methods to make the students more dynamic.

The Secretary had an exclusive interaction with the students and staffs of the hostel who expressed gratitude to the government for the facilities being provided by the J&K PSP Board to them.She said that the J&K PSP is committed to fulfill demands of the staff working in these hostels and assured that their issues will be taken up with the administrative department for redressal on priority basis.

The Secretary distributed blankets  among the students  of the hostel. The hostel staff provided a detailed insight into the hostel’s functioning and other aspects. They informed that the students here are receiving healthy nutrition and have easy access to various recreational facilities being provided by the J&K PSP Board.
