To help people avail the benefits of welfare schemes at their doorsteps, district administration on Tuesday organized a camp under ‘Sarkar Tuhade Dwar’ programme in Siarh village under Payal assembly segment of district.The camp was inaugurated by MLA Manwinder Singh Giaspura and Deputy Commissioner Sakshi Sawhney. They also listened to people's grievances, and issues of immediate nature were solved on the spot.
Several individuals availed services related to various types of pensions, power load enhancement, and other services at the camp. Harjinder Singh of Killa Hans and Rashpal Kaur of Siarh received sanction letters for old-age pension on the spot, while Charanjeet Kaur of Siarh got the approval for the widow pension.
Additionally, the power load enhancement applications of Lakhvir Singh and Kamaljeet Singh of Bhikhi Khatra village were approved by the officials of PSPCL. The attendees expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann and the district administration for making the camp accessible to them, as they were unable to visit the local office.
MLA Giaspura emphasized the importance of ensuring that the benefits of welfare schemes reach people at the grassroots level, stating that public welfare is a top priority for the Punjab government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann.
The MLA highlighted the significance of programs such as Aam Aadmi Clinics, free electricity and pensions and termed the Sarkar Tuhade Dwar program a game changer as it allows people to receive services at their doorsteps.
Deputy Commissioner Sakshi Sawhney also underscored the state government’s efforts in conducting special camps to ensure that the benefits of government services and schemes reach the masses. She stressed the importance of ensuring that all eligible beneficiaries receive the benefits of government social welfare schemes and directed for full utilization of all government welfare schemes at such camps.
She added that more such camps will be held across the district as part of the ‘Sarkar Tuhade Dwar’.During the camp, senior officials from different departments provided services to the people, and the MLA and DC interacted with the beneficiaries and handed over the sanction letters.

ਪਿੰਡ ਸਿਆੜ ਵਿਖੇ “ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਦੁਆਰ” ਕੈਂਪ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹਰਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਸੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਹਾਂਸ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਰਛਪਾਲ ਕੌਰ ਵਾਸੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਸਿਆੜ ਨੇ ਕੈਂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੁਢਾਪਾ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਪੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਹਨਾਂ ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਮਿਲਣ 'ਤੇ ਭਾਰੀ ਤਸੱਲੀ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਪਿੰਡ ਸਿਆੜ ਦੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਚਰਨਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਕੈਂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਧਵਾ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਪੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਕੈਂਪ ਦੇ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕੀਤੀ ।ਪਿੰਡ ਭੀਖੀ ਖਟੜਾ ਵਾਸੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਲਖਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕਮਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਦੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਮੀਟਰ ਦਾ ਲੋਡ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਪੀ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ.ਸੀ.ਐਲ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਹੀ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਮੀਟਰ ਦਾ ਲੋਡ ਵਧਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਸ੍ਰੀ ਲਖਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕਮਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਦੁਆਰ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਸਿਆੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਦੁਆਰ ਕੈਂਪ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਹਲਕਾ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਮਨਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਿਆਸਪੁਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਸਾਕਸ਼ੀ ਸਾਹਨੀ ਨੇ ਕੀਤਾ। ਕੈਂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਪ ਮੰਡਲ ਮੈਜਿਸਟਰੇਟ ਡਾ. ਬਲਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਢਿੱਲੋਂ ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਉੱਚ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਵੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ।
ਮਾਲ, ਸੇਵਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ, ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਨਿਆਂ, ਸਸ਼ਕਤੀਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਘੱਟ ਗਿਣਤੀਆਂ, ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਵਿਕਾਸ, ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਭਲਾਈ, ਸਿਹਤ, ਜਲ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਨੀਟੇਸ਼ਨ, ਪੀ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ.ਸੀ.ਐਲ, ਪੇਂਡੂ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਚਾਇਤਾਂ, ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ।
ਕੈਂਪ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਮਨਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਿਆਸਪੁਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਸਾਕਸ਼ੀ ਸਾਹਨੀ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਸੁਣੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਹੀ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉਠਾਏ ਗਏ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਮਸਲੇ ਦੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਹੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ।
ਹਲਕਾ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਮਨਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਿਆਸਪੁਰਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਜੋ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਹ ਕਰਕੇ ਵੀ ਦਿਖਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਕਦੇ ਸੁਪਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੋਚਿਆ ਹੋਣਾ ਕਿ ਕਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਖੁਦ ਚੱਲ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੁਆਰ ਆਵੇਗੀ। ਪਰ ਸੂਬੇ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੁਆਰ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।
ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਸਾਕਸ਼ੀ ਸਾਹਨੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਕੀਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਘਰ-ਘਰ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਮੰਤਵ ਨਾਲ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਦੁਆਰ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਨਿਵੇਕਲੀ ਪਹਿਲਕਦਮੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਥਾਵਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਸੁਵਿਧਾ ਕੈਂਪ ਲਗਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਦੁਆਰ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਤਹਿਤ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਰ ਕੈਂਪ ਲਗਾਏ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਘਰ-ਘਰ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਚਾਰੂ, ਨਿਰਵਿਘਨ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ੀ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਚਨਬੱਧ ਹੈ।ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁੱਧਤਾ ਲਈ ਪਿੰਡ ਸਿਆੜ ਦੀ ਧਰਮਸ਼ਾਲਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਮਨਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਿਆਸਪੁਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਸਾਕਸ਼ੀ ਸਾਹਨੀ ਨੇ ਬੂਟੇ ਵੀ ਲਗਾਏ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਫ, ਹਰਿਆ-ਭਰਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਮੁਕਤ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਰੁੱਖ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ।
