MLA from Central Assembly constituency Dr Ajay Gupta inaugurated road construction work in Islamabad area.MLA Dr Gupta said that the work of repairing broken roads in Central Assembly constituency is going on at a fast pace. He said that all the broken roads of Central Assembly constituency will be repaired within the next three months.
He said that along with this, the broken streets of Central Assembly constituency are also being paved. Debris of broken buildings was found in this area on the spot. On which MLA Dr Gupta told the corporation officials that this debris should be removed with immediate effect and sent to the C&D West Plot. On this occasion, P A Sudesh Kumar, Pawan Bhagat, Latti, Surjit Singh, Rakesh Soi, Ashok Soi, Bittu Dodhi, Raja, Billa Patwari and people of the area were present.
Listened to people's problems, gave instructions to solve them
MLA Dr Ajay Gupta today went to Gali Araiya, Gali Pakki located in Androon Mansingh Gate along with PSPCL, Municipal Corporation, Police officials and listened to the problems of the people. MLA Dr Gupta said that 15 days ago he had gone to this area and listened to the problems of the people. He had given instructions to the officials to solve them.
Despite this, the condition of cleanliness and sewerage blockage in this area is bad. He issued orders to the Chief Sanitary Inspector to check the attendance of the sanitation workers in this area. The sanitation workers employed by the corporation are themselves looking after the cleanliness system.
He said that he is getting reports that the hired workers are not coming. Private workers are coming in their place, some are not coming at all. He said that the number of garbage collection vehicles will be increased in the coming days. He instructed the officials of the corporation O&M department present on the spot to get the sewerage cleaned.
He told the XCen PSPCL present on the spot that there is a problem of electricity in this area, it should be solved. First the network of electricity wires in the streets should be repaired. He also gave instructions to the officers of the street light department present on the spot. On this occasion Sudesh Kumar, former councilor Jarnail Singh Todd, Ajay Newal, Vicky Kumar, Vanita Agarwal, Sunpreet Bhatia and a large number of people from the area were present.

ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਹਲਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਡਾ: ਅਜੈ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਨੇ ਇਸਲਾਮਾਬਾਦ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਦਾ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਹਲਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਟੁੱਟੀਆਂ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਹਲਕੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਟੁੱਟੀਆਂ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਹਲਕੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਟੁੱਟੀਆਂ ਗਲੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਕੰਕਰੀਟ ਦਾ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।

ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਡਾ: ਅਜੈ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਪੀ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ.ਸੀ.ਐਲ., ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਹਾਂਸਿੰਘ ਗੇਟ ਸਥਿਤ ਗਲੀ ਅਰਾਈਆ, ਗਲੀ ਪੱਕੀ ਵਿਖੇ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਸੁਣੀਆਂ। ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਡਾ: ਗੁਪਤਾ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ 15 ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇਸ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਸੁਣੀਆਂ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਲ ਲਈ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਸਨ, ਇਸ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਇਸ ਇਲਾਕੇ 'ਚ ਸਫ਼ਾਈ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੀਵਰੇਜ ਦਾ ਬੁਰਾ ਹਾਲ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਚੀਫ ਸੈਨੇਟਰੀ ਇੰਸਪੈਕਟਰ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਫਾਈ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਜੂਦਗੀ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ। ਨਿਗਮ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸਫਾਈ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਖੁਦ ਸਫਾਈ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਦੀ ਦੇਖ ਰੇਖ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਭਰਤੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਆ ਰਹੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਆ ਰਹੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੂੜਾ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਗੱਡੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਧਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਮੌਕੇ 'ਤੇ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਨਿਗਮ ਦੇ ਓ ਐਂਡ ਐਮ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੀਵਰੇਜ ਦੀ ਸਫ਼ਾਈ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੌਕੇ ’ਤੇ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਐਕਸੀਅਨ ਪੀ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ.ਸੀ.ਐਲ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਗਲੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ਦੀ ਮੁਰੰਮਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ। ਮੌਕੇ 'ਤੇ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਟਰੀਟ ਲਾਈਟ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ-ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਸੁਦੇਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ, ਸਾਬਕਾ ਕੌਂਸਲਰ ਜਰਨੈਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਟੋਡ, ਅਜੇ ਨਿਵਾਲ, ਵਿੱਕੀ ਕੁਮਾਰ, ਵਨੀਤਾ ਅਗਰਵਾਲ, ਸਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਭਾਟੀਆ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ।
