Alpha School was launched at Rayat Bahra University here today in the presence of a galaxy of renowned academicians and representatives from industrial partners. Gurvinder Singh Bahra, Chancellor of Rayat Bahra University, said that Alpha School is dedicated to bridging the gap between academia and industry.
Fostering industry collaboration and preparing students for real-world challenges, Alpha school aims to be a premier center for innovation, practical learning, and professional development.Representatives from the industry including Harpreet, CEO Incinque, Jasjit Sullar, Co-Founder, Director at Incinque Business Solutions, Gracy, Head R&D, Antier Solutions, Shashi Pal, COO, Antier Ssolutions, Karan, Head, BIO, Antier Solutions, Freddy Walespathy, SBM, SAS, and Himesh Agarwal, Skill Labs, speaking on the occasion said they endorsed the university vision to empower students with the skills and knowledge required to excel in their careers by providing them with unparalleled opportunities for industry engagement and hands-on learning experiences.
Vice-Chairman of Rayat Bahra Group of Institutions Gurinder Singh Bahra said that workshops, seminars, and training sessions designed to enhance soft skills, technical expertise, and industry readiness were hallmarks of Alpha School. The school would provide a dedicated space for research and development, encouraging students to innovate and create solutions to real-world problems, he added.

ਰਿਆਤ ਬਾਹਰਾ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਵਿਖੇ ਅੱਜ ਉੱਘੇ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਨੁਮਾਇੰਦਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਜੂਦਗੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਲਫ਼ਾ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਰਿਆਤ ਬਾਹਰਾ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਚਾਂਸਲਰ ਗੁਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਹਰਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਲਫ਼ਾ ਸਕੂਲ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਪਾੜੇ ਨੂੰ ਖਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਲਫ਼ਾ ਸਕੂਲ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਨਵੀਨਤਾ, ਵਿਹਾਰਕ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ, ਅਤੇ ਪੇਸ਼ੇਵਰ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਬਣਨਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਸਲ-ਸੰਸਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ, ਸੀਈਓ ਇਨਕਿੰਕ, ਜਸਜੀਤ ਸੂਲਰ, ਸਹਿ-ਸੰਸਥਾਪਕ, ਇਨਕਿੰਕ ਬਿਜ਼ਨਸ ਸਲਿਊਸ਼ਨਜ਼ ਦੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ, ਗ੍ਰੇਸੀ, ਹੈੱਡ ਆਰ ਐਂਡ ਡੀ, ਐਂਟੀਅਰ ਸੋਲਿਊਸ਼ਨਜ਼, ਸ਼ਸ਼ੀ ਪਾਲ, ਸੀਓਓ, ਐਂਟੀਅਰ ਸੋਲਿਊਸ਼ਨਜ਼, ਕਰਨ, ਹੈੱਡ, ਬੀ.ਆਈ.ਓ., ਐਂਟੀਅਰ ਸੋਲਿਊਸ਼ਨਜ਼, ਫਰੈਡੀ ਵੈਲਸਪੈਥੀ , ਐਸਬੀਐਮ ਐਸਏਐਸ ਅਤੇ ਹਿਮੇਸ਼ ਅਗਰਵਾਲ, ਸਕਿੱਲ ਲੈਬਜ਼ ਸਮੇਤ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਦੇ ਨੁਮਾਇੰਦੇ ਹਾਜਰ ਸਨ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਬੋਲਦਿਆਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਰੁਝੇਵਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੱਥੀਂ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਦੇ ਬੇਮਿਸਾਲ ਮੌਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਰੀਅਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਉੱਤਮਤਾ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੇ ਹੁਨਰ ਅਤੇ ਗਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਸਸ਼ਕਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀਕੋਣ ਦਾ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਕੀਤਾ।ਰਿਆਤ ਬਾਹਰਾ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਆਫ਼ ਇੰਸਟੀਚਿਊਸ਼ਨਜ਼ ਦੇ ਵਾਈਸ-ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਗੁਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਹਰਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ, ਸੈਮੀਨਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਅਲਫ਼ਾ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ਤਾ ਹਨ।
ਉਹਨਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਕੂਲ ਖੋਜ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰੇਗਾ, ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਵੀਨਤਾ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਅਸਲ-ਸੰਸਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਲ ਲਈ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇੰਟਰਨਸ਼ਿਪ, ਪ੍ਰਮਾਣੀਕਰਣਾਂ, ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ, ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਗਤੀਸ਼ੀਲ ਪਾਠਕ੍ਰਮ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਦੇ ਰੁਝਾਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਕਸਤ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਕਰਵ ਤੋਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਹਨ।
ਰਿਆਤ ਬਾਹਰਾ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਵਾਈਸ-ਚਾਂਸਲਰ ਡਾ: ਪਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਬੋਲਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਅਲਫ਼ਾ ਸਕੂਲ ਨੂੰ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ, ਨਵੀਨਤਾਕਾਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਰੱਥ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਟ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਉੱਤਮਤਾ ਲਈ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਇੱਕ ਮੋਹਰੀ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਯਤਨ ਕਰੇਗੀ।
ਰਿਆਤ ਬਾਹਰਾ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਉਪ-ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਪ੍ਰੋ: ਸਤਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਹਿਗਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਲਫ਼ਾ ਸਕੂਲ ਇੱਕ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਵਿਭਾਜਨ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਭਾਈਵਾਲਾਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਸਹਿਯੋਗੀ ਖੋਜ, ਗਿਆਨ ਵੰਡਣ ਅਤੇ ਤਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਦੇ ਤਬਾਦਲੇ ਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅਲਫ਼ਾ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੀ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਸਾਕਸ਼ੀ ਮਹਿਤਾ ਨੇ ਆਏ ਮਹਿਮਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਡੀਨ ਅਕੈਡਮਿਕਸ ਡਾ ਐਸ ਕੇ ਬਾਂਸਲ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਡੀਨ, ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਆਦਿ ਹਾਜਰ ਸਨ।
