For the smooth conduct of Lok Sabha Election 2024, a training session for Micro Observers was conducted in Doda. The session was organized by the Deputy District Election Authority (DEA) under the supervision of Deputy District Election Officer Doda, Om Prakash, to equip Micro Observers with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively monitor polling stations and uphold the integrity of the electoral process.

The training session brought together key election officials, stakeholders and Micro Observers to discuss strategies and best practices for ensuring transparency and fairness during the upcoming elections. The Dy. DEO underscored the pivotal role of Micro Observers in safeguarding the democratic process and emphasized the importance of their contribution in maintaining the credibility of elections.

During the training session, District Level Master Trainer (DLMT), Prof. Dr. Akhtar Hussain focused on enhancing coordination among different departments and agencies involved in the election process to streamline operations and ensure a smooth conduct of the elections in Doda.

The training session not only aimed to enhance the capacity of Micro Observers but also underscored the commitment of election authorities to conduct free and fair elections in Doda. With a strong emphasis on transparency and accountability, the session laid the groundwork for a well-prepared team of Micro Observers ready to fulfill their crucial role in the electoral process.
