In a momentous ceremony on the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri, Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, Dr. Devansh Yadav, inaugurated a Park along with the newly-tiled path and allied infrastructure at Shiv Mandir developed by the Kishtwar Development Authority.
