The Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) of Kulgam, Vikar Ahmad Giri, led a significant public outreach programme today, held under the umbrella of the weekly Block Diwas, aimed at directly addressing public grievances and demands. The session saw participation from various district administration officers.
Community representatives from different locales presented their concerns and requests to the ADC during the event. Responding officials addressed the public's queries and needs relevant to their respective departments on the spot.
The ADC attentively listened to the community's concerns and resolved some of the more immediate issues immediately. He provided assurances that all other legitimate concerns and grievances would be dealt with in a systematic and timely manner. Similar grievance redressal camps were also conducted at D.H Pora and Devsar, where officials listened to the public’s grievances and pledged prompt resolution.
