A meeting of the District Level Implementation Committee (DLIC) was convened at the DC Office Complex in Reasi under the chairmanship of District Development Commissioner, Reasi Vishesh Mahajan. The meeting aimed to review the progress of implementation of the MUMKIN and Tejaswini initiatives, focusing on empowering youth and promoting employment opportunities in the district.

During the meeting, the Nodal Officer (AD, Employment) provided an update on the status of cases approved in previous DLIC meetings. DDC Vishesh Mahajan emphasized the need for expediting pending employment cases, directing banks to complete them before March 10. He also instructed the completion of KCC cases before 29th February.

Several cases of unemployed eligible youth were presented to the Committee for approval under MUMKIN and Tejaswini. After careful review, DDC Vishesh Mahajan approved 24 new cases under MUMKIN and 54 Tejaswini cases, with a focus on refining the selection process to ensure maximum benefit to the candidates.

DDC instructed the officials to prepare various activities aimed at revitalizing youth clubs in the district, promoting active participation and skill development among youth. PO Poshan Mohd Anwar Banday, Chief Agriculture and Horticulture Officer, Chief Animal Husbandry Officer, ARTO and other concerned district officers were present.
