DEO Reasi inspects various polling stations

District Election Officer (DEO), Reasi, Vishesh Mahajan today conducted thorough inspection of various polling stations in the 57-Reasi constituency to evaluate the preparations for the Parliamentary Elections 2024.

During the inspection, the DEO visited polling stations at Govt. Girls High Secondary School Reasi, Govt. High School Gran, and Govt. High School Ghair Mari. He assessed the provision made for basic amenities like electricity, water supply, sanitation facilities and accessibility for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) voters.

The DEO emphasized that all polling stations should be well prepared and sanitized for the elections.  He instructed the concerned authorities to promptly address any deficiencies to ensure a hassle-free voting experience for the voters.ARO 57- Reasi Anshumali Sharma; Tehsildar Reasi Suresh Singh and other officers accompanied the DEO.
