The State Cabinet in its meeting held here today under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu gave approval to the Governor’s address, to be delivered in the budget session of Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha starting from 14th February, 2024. The Cabinet gave its approval to frame Rules of Business and Procedure in respect of Himachal Pradesh Rajya Chayan Aayog.
The Cabinet gave its nod to constitute Cabinet Sub Committee under the Chairmanship of Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri to examine the legal aspects of the results held up on account of police enquiry of the disbanded Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission, Hamirpur. Industries Minister Harshwardhan Chauhan, Revenue Minister Jagat Singh Negi, PWD Minister Vikramaditya Singh and Ayush Minister Yadvinder Goma will be the Members of this Cabinet Sub Committee.
It also constituted Cabinet Sub Committee under the Chairmanship of Jagat Singh Negi Revenue Minister to review the revenue land allotted to different departments along with the land which has been leased out and is unutilized since long. Anirudh Singh, Rural Development Minister, PWD Minister Vikramaditya Singh and Town and Country Planning Minister Rajesh Dharmani will be the members of this Cabinet Sub Committee.
It also decided to constitute a Cabinet Sub Committee under the chairmanship of Rural Development Minister Anirudh Singh to review the unutilized vacant buildings of various departments. Town and Country Planning Minister Rajesh Dharmani and Ayush Minister Yadvinder Goma will be its members.It accorded approval to open a Sub Divisional Office (Civil) at Baddi in Solan district, to open Block Development Offices at Patta in Solan district and at Palampur in district Kangra.
Approval was given by the Cabinet to fill up five posts of Himachal Pradesh Administrative Services by direct recruitment on the basis of HPAS Combined Competitive Examination. The cabinet gave its nod to fill up nine posts of ‘A’ Class Tehsildar and 19 posts of ‘A’ Class Naib Tehsildar in the Revenue Department.The Cabinet decided to create a new Patwar circle at Jharmajri in tehsil Baddi district Solan along with creation of requisite posts.
It decided to fill up seven posts of different categories in the Planning Department through direct recruitment and fill up six posts of different categories for Assistant Tourism Development Offices at Kinnaur and Lahaul & Spiti for smooth functioning of these offices. Decision was taken to fill up four posts of District Child Protection Officers under Mission Vatsalya Scheme.

हिमाचल प्रदेश मंत्रिमण्डल के निर्णय

मुख्यमंत्री ठाकुर सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्खू की अध्यक्षता में आज यहां आयोजित प्रदेश मंत्रिमण्डल की बैठक में हिमाचल प्रदेश 14वीं विधानसभा के बजट सत्र पर दिए जाने वाले राज्यपाल के अभिभाषण को स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई। मंत्रिमण्डल ने हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य चयन आयोग के संदर्भ में प्रक्रिया एवं कार्य संचालन नियम बनाने को भी स्वीकृति प्रदान की।
मंत्रिमण्डल ने भंग किए गए हिमाचल प्रदेश कर्मचारी चयन आयोग, हमीरपुर के तहत पुलिस जांच के कारण लम्बित विभिन्न परीक्षा परिणामों के कानूनी पहलुओं के परीक्षण के लिए उप-मुख्यमंत्री मुकेश अग्निहोत्री की अध्यक्षता एक मंत्रिमण्डलीय उप-समिति गठित करने को स्वीकृति प्रदान की। उद्योग मंत्री हषवर्धन चौहान, राजस्व मंत्री जगत सिंह नेगी, लोक निर्माण मंत्री विक्रमादित्य सिंह और आयुष मंत्री यादविन्द्र गोमा इस उप-समिति के सदस्य होंगे।
मंत्रिमण्डल ने राजस्व मंत्री जगत सिंह नेगी की अध्यक्षता में विभिन्न विभागों को आवंटित तथा पट्टे पर दी गई और लम्बी अवधि से अनुपयोगी पड़ी राजस्व भूमि की समीक्षा के लिए एक मंत्रिमण्डलीय उप-समिति गठित करने का निर्णय लिया है। ग्रामीण विकास एवं पंचायती राज मंत्री अनिरुद्ध सिंह, लोक निर्माण मंत्री विक्रमादित्य सिंह और नगर एवं ग्राम नियोजन मंत्री राजेश धर्माणी इस उप-समिति के सदस्य होंगे।
मंत्रिमण्डल ने ग्रामीण विकास एवं पंचायती राज मंत्री अनिरुद्ध सिंह की अध्यक्षता में विभिन्न विभागों में अनुपयोगी पड़े रिक्त भवनों की समीक्षा के लिए एक मंत्रिमण्डलीय उप-समिति गठित करने का भी निर्णय लिया। नगर एवं ग्राम नियोजन मंत्री राजेश धर्माणी तथा आयुष मंत्री यादविन्द्र गोमा इस उप-समिति के सदस्य होंगे।
मंत्रिमण्डल ने सोलन जिला के बद्दी में उपमण्डलाधिकारी (नागरिक) कार्यालय खोलने को भी स्वीकृति प्रदान की। बैठक में सोलन जिला के पट्टा और कांगड़ा जिला के पालमपुर में खण्ड विकास कार्यालय खोलने को स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई। मंत्रिमण्डल ने हिमाचल प्रदेश प्रशासनिक सेवाएं के तहत सीधी भर्ती के माध्यम से 5 पद भरने का निर्णय लिया। यह पद हिमाचल प्रदेश प्रशासनिक सेवाएं संयुक्त प्रतियोगी परीक्षा के माध्यम से भरे जाएंगे।
मंत्रिमण्डल ने राजस्व विभाग में तहसीलदार श्रेणी ‘ए’ के 9 पद और नायब तहसीलदार श्रेणी ‘ए’ के 19 पद भरने का भी निर्णय लिया। मंत्रिमण्डल ने सोलन जिला की बद्दी तहसील के झाड़माजरी में आवश्यक पदों के सृजन सहित नया पटवार-वृत्त सृजित करने को भी स्वीकृति प्रदान की। बैठक में योजना विभाग में सीधी भर्ती के माध्यम से विभिन्न श्रेणियों के 7 पद भरने को भी स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई।
मंत्रिमण्डल ने किन्नौर और लाहौल-स्पिति में सहायक पर्यटन विकास अधिकारी कार्यालयों के सुचारू संचालन के लिए विभिन्न श्रेणियों के 6 पद सृजित कर भरने को भी स्वीकृति प्रदान की। बैठक में मिशन वात्सल्य योजना के अंतर्गत जिला बाल संरक्षण अधिकारी के 4 पद भरने का भी निर्णय लिया गया।
