Hyderabad witnessed a significant stride in plastic recycling as Akshayakalpa Organic, India’s pioneering certified organic dairy company renowned for its organic milk, launched its 'Give Back the Milk Pack' initiative. The initiative, aimed at reducing plastic pollution, has garnered an encouraging response from consumers in Bengaluru and is now making its mark in Hyderabad.

Committed to responsible plastic waste management, Akshayakalpa Organic has initiated a drive to collect used milk packs from consumers for recycling. Since its launch in Hyderabad, the initiative has already collected a remarkable 1019 kg of plastic waste, underscoring the city's proactive approach toward sustainability.

With a total collection of over 20,000 kg of plastic from Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad combined, Akshayakalpa Organic demonstrates how collective efforts can yield significant environmental benefits. This initiative reflects the brand's dedication to fostering a sustainable future for generations to come.

Consumers are encouraged to participate in the recycling initiative by following three simple steps: rinse the milk pack, dry it thoroughly, and return it by placing it in the delivery bag. By actively engaging in these steps, consumers play a vital role in promoting sustainability.
