Sh. Vij arrived as the chief guest at the program organized under the 'Vikasit Bharat Sankalp Yatra' at Ram Bagh Road in Ambala Cantonment on Tuesday and addressed the people. On this occasion, people at both places welcomed the Home Minister. Ranveer Dheeman and Banti Pahalwan also presented him with flower bouquets and shawls.
Home and Health Minister Anil Vij, on this occasion, while present, administered the oath of 'Vikasit Bharat' to everyone present and said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Manohar Lal, many welfare schemes for the upliftment of society and the common man are being implemented.
The work is being done to make the benefits of these schemes available to the people in a transparent and accessible manner. The car with Modi's guarantee is running fast, and people are being informed about these schemes everywhere, working to ensure that eligible individuals also avail the benefits of these schemes.

Home and Health Minister Anil Vij said that the Civil Hospital of Ambala Cantonment is the best hospital in North India, where more than 3000 people come for treatment daily. Modern medical facilities are included here, some of which are better than PGIs. MRI, ultrasound, plastic surgery, heart treatment, along with other facilities are available. The lives of nearly 14 thousand people have also been saved by performing stent procedures.
Through Atal Cancer Care Center, people from states including Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh are benefiting from it. Earlier, people used to go to Chandigarh or other places for treatment, but now people come here for treatment. In addition to Ambala, dialysis facilities have been provided in all 22 civil hospitals. The construction work of Subhash Park has also been completed, where people come to enjoy the beauty of the park.
Construction work includes an international level Shaheed Smarak dedicated to martyrs, Arya Bhatt Science Center, an international level football stadium, All Weather Swimming Pool, Gymnastics Hall, Government College, Bus Stand, Mini Secretariat, Multi-Level Car Parking, construction work of Dharamshalas, along with Yoga Shalas and other construction work.
The construction work of the domestic airport is also progressing rapidly. The coming of the airport enhances the prestige of the city, and business is increasing. Along with this, better arrangements for water drainage, sewage system, and providing canal water have been done for the people.

The Home Minister said that there are three types of nations in this world. One is an underdeveloped nation where no work has been done, the second is a developing nation like our India, which is constantly progressing, and the third is a developed nation where all kinds of facilities are available. There are 37 countries in this category of developed nation. We must take a resolution to include our nation in the category of these 37 developed countries and work to make our country a developed nation.
He also said that Narendra Modi Ji who says, he does. With the abrogating of Article 370, ending triple talaq, along with peace in Kashmir, work is being done. He mentioned that those who have the urge to work are made members of the Bharatiya Janata Party. The Bharatiya Janata Party is the only party where small workers are working on big positions today, working for the welfare of the people.
During this, the Home Minister also said that under the welfare schemes, work is being done to directly credit the benefits of schemes such as the Prime Minister Jan Dhan Yojana, Prime Minister Ujjwala Yojana, and Farmer’s Scheme into the accounts of beneficiaries. He said that under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, a grand temple of Lord Shri Ram has been built in Ayodhya.
