This event was graced by the presence of senior leaders of the Congress Party, who received these political luminaries with open arms.Notably, many of these leaders, after a considerable span in political parties such as the Bharatiya Janata Party, have chosen to align themselves with the Congress.

The ceremony conducted at the Congress Bhawan marked the official induction of former Cabinet Ministers Balbir Sidhu, Gurpreet Kangar, and Raj Kumar Verka, former MLA Mohinder Rinwa, along with Hans Raj Joshan, Jit Mohinder Sidhu, and Kamaljeet Dhillon, the son of former MLA Amrik Singh Dhillon. Warring expressed, "Our relentless commitment to the betterment of Punjab continues to steer us in the right direction. The addition of these individuals to our ranks acts as an acknowledgment of our dedicated endeavors for the betterment of Punjab." The Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee Chief extended his congratulations to the newly incorporated leaders, emphasizing that their inclusion serves to fortify the Congress Party's position within the state.

In an address to those in attendance, the newly inducted political leaders pledged their unwavering dedication to the welfare of Punjab and the Congress Party. The elated PPCC Chief articulated, "We welcome all those individuals who possess the capability and an earnest desire to contribute to the advancement of Punjab. Our doors are open to those who wish to assist our state in prospering."

Commenting on the Congress Party's significance, the PPCC Chief remarked, "The Congress is not merely a political entity; it embodies an enduring ideology that remains strong and consistent. The inclusion of these individuals into our party today strengthens the enduring power of this ideology among the people of Punjab."

Further explaining the significance of the new entrants, Raja Warring asserted that the Congress flag continues to wave proudly in the state of Punjab. We stand shoulder to shoulder through thick and thin, upholding one another's commitment to our shared objectives. This solidarity is what fortifies us," emphasized Warring.

Warring urged, "I ask all those working within our party to labor with unwavering dedication, adhere to discipline, and foster constructive dialogue. If we continue along this path, success will inevitably crown our efforts with a resounding victory in the 2027 elections, securing over 100 seats."
