Principal Government Medical College Doda, Dr. Puja Vimesh today reviewed the implementation of Integrated Disease Surveillance Project (IDSP) and National Vector Borne Disease Control Programme (NVBDCP) program here at a meeting held in his office chamber at Ghat Doda.

The meeting was attended by Dr Safia Khan (HOD Microbiology); Dr Suresh Kotwal (HOD Community Medicine); Dr Summat ul Khurshid (HOD Pathology); Mohd Iqbal Ganai (Chief Accounts Officer; Umar Anayat (Epidemiologist); Sanjeev Rana (I/c Legal Cell); Roma Sharma (Data Manager IDSP) and  Faizan A Tramboo (I/c Media Desk).

At the onset, Umar Anayat briefed the chair indicator wise performance of IHIP of GMC Doda besides implementation of NVBDCP programme in the district.Principal GMC Dr Puja reviewed achievements of deliverables recorded under these health programmes. 

She directed the concerned to work with added dedication and put in extra efforts to achieve targets laid under each programme.The HODs were directed to review each programme and monitor the realization of indicators. They were asked to overcome shortfalls, if any, for proper implementation of centrally sponsored schemes.

Dr Puja Vimesh directed to assess the implementation of all the  schemes on the ground to ensure that the benefits reach the end-user without any difficulty.The Principal said that GMC Doda is fully committed and geared up to make all the health programs successful in coordination with the health department.
