The official poster of Ubon Vision Pvt Ltd was unveiled today by its makers in the presence of the cast and crew members of the film. The film, which features veteran actors like Brijendra Kala, Purva Parag and Umesh Bajpai in principal roles, is anthology social drama comprising of five interwoven stories set in the small town of Chanderi in the Bundelkhand region of Madhya Pradesh.
The poster of the film has a striking visual appeal to it and gives a fair idea of the genre it is in. The poster also showcases the fact that the film brings together five different stories with a common thread binding them. While the film is mounted on a big scale and offers a strong cinematic experience, it is also rich in content.
Panch Kriti: Five Elements has been directed by Sannjoy Bhargav and produced by Haripriyaa Bharggav.Talking about the film on the eve of its poster launch, director Sannjoy Bhargav says, “I am really excited to see the poster of the film being unveiled for the world.
It is the first step towards the world seeing a glimpse of our film. It also makes us believe that our dream of making this film and telling these stories have been realized. A lot of effort went into designing the poster. We wanted it to capture the essence of the film and offer an honest portrayal of what it stands for.
The poster sets the tone for a film. Therefore, we spent a lot of time finalizing the design and look for it.”While the film encompasses five different stories, there are many elements binding them together. All the five stories are set in Chanderi and filmed in real locations.
The stories are women centric in nature and bring to the fore issues faced by women living in rural India. While watching the film, the audience will get to discover several other elements that are common to all the five stories.
“Panch Kriti: Five Elements will be a unique cinematic experience for the audience in several different ways. It is one of those rare Indian films that does complete justice to anthology as a form. The five stories have a common theme running through them and that’s why they are a part of a single film.
