Punjab Government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, is dedicated to realizing the aspirations of the martyrs. In line with this commitment, portraits of Shaheed-e-Ajam S. Bhagat Singh and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar have been installed in all government offices, serving as a reminder of their sacrifice. By acknowledging and emulating their accomplishments, Punjab can blossom into a vibrant state.

These sentiments were expressed by Dr. Inderbir Singh Nijjar, Local Government Minister of Punjab, during the inauguration of the Shaheed Madan Lal Dhingra Memorial, occupying 4000 square yards at Golbagh. Dr Nijjar also performed the ceremony of removing the curtain from the statue of Shaheed Madan Lal Dhingra at the same location.
