The morale of the youth of the state is on peak as the Punjab government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has started the recruitment process for government jobs in the very first year of assuming power.

Sukhwant Singh, a resident of Village Thuhi District Patiala said that he has joined as a clerk under the disabled category in the Public Works Department of Punjab and this opportunity has changed my life. 

He said that he belong to an economically weak family and now they were very happy after getting a permanent source of income. Sukhwant Singh said that he was in dire need of a job as he was a person with disabilities. 

He added that he had studied hard despite financial difficulties but he was not fit for physical works as compared to a normal youth. He said clerical job was a better option for a person with disabilities.

 Sukhwant Singh said that he was also very happy to get the appointment letter directly from Chief Minister Bhagwant Maan. He said that while addressing the new candidates, the Chief Minister inspired them to serve the people with hard work and honesty which will always be remembered by him.
