District Development Commissioner Chairman, Dhanantar Singh Kotwal, kick started the construction work of water supply scheme (WSS) Aul Ugad to be constructed under Jal Jeevan Mission by Jal Shakti department at an estimated cost of Rs 3.88crore.
Speaking on the occasion, the DDC chairman appealed to the public to closely monitor the execution to ensure quality of work on the project. He said that under the Jal Jeevan Mission, every household would get easy water access in the comfort of their homes.
He directed the implementing authorities to meet the timeline and ensure quality of work. BDC Dali Udyanpur, civil society members and Executive Engineer PHE, JE PHE, Sarpanch Ugad were present.
