District Development Council Chairman Doda, Dhanantar Singh Kotwal today conducted an extensive tour of the Panchayats of Bhaderwah Block and inspected the progress on a number of developmental works being executed there by the Rural Development Department.

The Chairman was accompanied by ACD Doda, Phulail Singh; BDO Bhaderwah Sunil Kumar; Sarpanch Butla Panchayat Parveen Kumar and other officials of the RDD. He inspected the work of widening the road towards Guptganga. 

He also inspected tile works under Tribal Cluster, Amrit Sarovars in different panchayats. Chairman gave valuable suggestions to upgrade the Amrit Sarovars so that the public can benefit from these works.

The Chairman District Development Council asked the concerned officers from RDD to accelerate the pace of developmental works in the block and ensure that all the works are completed within a set timeline so that the public of the area is benefited at the earliest.

He also directed them to take all necessary measures for maintaining the quality and standards in construction works and pay regular field visits to monitor the progress.
