District Administration Ramban has disposed of as many as 1700 public issues received both online and offline, during Good Governance Week, besides resolving issues confronting the execution of developmental projects and implementation of beneficiary oriented schemes during camps organized by different departments.
The Social Welfare Department Ramban, in collaboration with CSC and VLEs, facilitated the eligible beneficiaries for getting registered online for digitization of UDID and submission of online applications to get age certificates to avail benefits of government schemes.
The Department also installed street lights in the village Sanasar under SCA to SCSP schemes. The Aadhar enrollment drive was also held at Poshan Project Ramsoo. The team of the Animal Husbandry department visited a poultry farm at Ukhral, besides sensitizing the local youth about broiler poultry farming and other departmental schemes and activities.
Tehsildar Ukhral, in presence of Assistant Registrar Cooperatives Societies, removed illegal encroachment from the land of MPCS Pogal Paristan. He said that the work on the fencing wall will start soon for which funds have already been released under Capex Budget 2022-23.
The Health Department conducted camps to issue age certificates to applicants at the Block level. The concerned have been asked to organize camps at the Panchayat level for the convenience of the beneficiaries.
Scored of the People are being benefited by the initiative taken by the District Administration, as it makes it easy for people to get their certificates on time and with minimum expenditure.
The Sheep Husbandry Department Ramban also established 4 Sheep units under ISDS Scheme at Pogal, Ukhral, Neel, and Sarbagni, and District Industries Centre, while Horticulture Department organized awareness camps at various places to sensitize the masses about the schemes of the respective departments.
Government Polytechnic College, Ramban is conducting registration of students for the first semester in both branches on the ABC portal and BOTE portal going under Good Governance Week. HB testing in AWCs of Poshan Project, Gool also held under Good Governance Week celebrations.
