DRAC approves 34 Rent Cases at Doda

The District Rent Assessment Committee, today approved 34 rent cases for the buildings hired by the government departments here at its meeting chaired by Deputy Commissioner, Vishesh Paul Mahajan. In all 37 cases of rent were presented for Rent Assessment against which 34 were approved, while 3 others were deferred and authorities were asked to route them through the proper channel. The rent cases which were discussed in the Committee and approved were pertaining to buildings taken on rent by Police, Army, Social Welfare, Education, GMC, Health, FCS&CA, Fire and Emergency, Animal Husbandry, JKPCC, Legal Metrology, NYK, Horticulture and Agriculture departments. The Committee discussed the fixation of rent of the hired structures and the DC directed the Committee to conduct the title verification of all the fresh assessments within 7 days. The meeting was attended by SSP Doda, CPO Doda, ACR Doda, CMO Doda, Dy Director Employment, CAO, DSWO, CEO Doda, CAO, AD FCS&CA, CAHO Doda, CDPO Bhagwah, representatives of Fire and Emergency, Legal Metrology, Army and PWD.
