If reports are to be believed, then a 7th-grade student was raped by a government school teacher in Chandigarh. The police have arrested the accused teacher. A case has been registered against the accused under the POCSO Act. The police have taken action on the complaint given by the family of the girl student.
According to sources, his relatives, including his cousins, created a ruckus in the police station for not taking immediate action. After this, the concerned police station registered a case against the accused teacher under the POCSO Act and arrested him.

Police questioned School Principal
Female policemen have recorded the victim's statement. The victim girl had also told the school principal about the accused's misdeeds. For this reason, the police will also record the statement of the principal. The police will present the accused teacher in court today. At present, the police are involved in the investigation of the case.
This is not the first time this case has come up. In 2021, a relatable case will come to light. It was reported that sexual abuse by a teacher in a government school in Chandigarh has come to the fore, but during the counseling of the Child Welfare Unit, that case was found to be false.
