About Prince Kanwalijit Singh’s Life
An actor from Kotkapura has been very close to actor, singer, and producer Gippy Grewal. He was a studious kid and loved reading books. His passion for writing came after reading an ample number of books. It has also been noted that Russian writers deeply influenced Prince KJ. He has read Punjabi translations of their works and they are simply amazing. Moreover, in an interview, Prince KJ revealed that he was born to act and perform. He has never thought to do any other work. Though he tried putting his hands in business later things took him to act.
When Prince KJ finally learned to become an actor, he studied and understood theatre. He wished to play the lead role in the film, but according to his perception, he was not that fit and good-looking to do so. His journey began after he formed a theatre group called ‘Kalakar Lok’ and presented two-three shows in a year.

He has worked in more than 20 films, which include ‘Sukhmani’ (2010), ‘Chak Jawana’ (2010), ‘Yaraan Naal Baharaan 2’ (2012), ‘Daddy Cool Munde Fool’ (2013), ‘Jatt Boys Putt Jattan De’ (2013), ‘Shareek’ (2015), ‘Teshan’ (2016), ‘Toofan Singh’ (2017), ‘Long Laachi’ (2018), ‘Surkhi Bindi’ (2019), Warning (2021) among several others.

Prince KJ Singh once revealed that Karamjit Anmol had helped him connect with Gippy Grewal. And after working with Gippy, Prince felt a brother in him and, not only this, he has been grateful for the success he grabbed after working with Gippy in the film Warning.
